Description/Historical Information: |
Chauffeur driven car owned by William Furniss, with one male and one female passenger [same couple as
in VLA4939], undoubtedly a bride and groom. They were part of a wedding party, and were photographed
outside the family home. They can all be seen in the front garden in VLA5053 and VLA5055.
The vehicle was a Belsize [Four-Cylinder?] Car with Hood, Windscreen, horn, wire wheels (including a spare) and four Electric Lamps.
The smaller lamps are on the scuttle or bulkhead which contained a fire wall. There is what is possibly a tool box on the
running board. The vehicle was built by Belsize Motors, Ltd., of Clayton, Manchester. Its registration number can't be read
on this image, but it was N5028. |
