Hall Lead Mine (boundary line of Darley parish) following
the River Derwent to Matlock Bridge; from thence taking in
all houses on the Northern side of Dob Lane as far as Smedleys
(but not taking that in) thence forward up Rutland Street
until reching [sic] Wellington Street taking in all
house on the top side of it to the end of Bent Lane now called
Cavendish Street taking in also the Wold Farm and all the
houses on the Top side as far and including Balmoral House
: Comprising Gas Works, Dimple, part of Matlock Bank and part
of Matlock Bridge. The whole of the District is in the Urban
District of Matlock.

Side of road from thence to Chesterfield road including all
