Chauffeur driven Belsize motor, built in Clayton,
Manchester, that belonged to William Allen of Matlock and was brought
to Matlock by him on 9 July 1912. Reg R1432. The letter R is for
a Derbyshire registered vehicle. Two passengers beside car and people
behind, coming down steps. The driver was not one of the Allen brothers,
but could perhaps have been one of the drivers employed by Hands
[also see VLA4958]. |
