| Description/Historical Information: |
Four men in overalls, in front of a large boiler they had installed. Their work seems to have been finished
apart from some clearing up.
The boiler face has the words "Engineers Yates and Thom Boilermakers" around the rim of each section and across the middle
it reads "19 Blackburn 25". The firm were of the Canal Ironworks, Blackburn, Lancashire.
Also see VLA5020 when the work was less advanced and VLA9863 when the
tiling at about the same stage. |
