Property / Street / Road: |
Dunstable, camp. |

1915 |
Description/Historical Information: |
Twelve men and boys are facing the camera. Two
of them look incredibly young. The armfuls of blankets on the right
have clearly been aired or they may have been dried. Two soldiers
are carrying a lidded pot similar to those seen close to the square
boiler (VLA4886). One of the holders has a towel over his shoulder,
suggesting the pot was used to provide hot water for washing purposes. |
