Some places were still very small in 1891.

Originally of parishes around Matlock, Derbyshire, coverage has expanded considerably and there are now transcripts for a total of 238 Derbyshire parishes in additon to the Matlocks*, including 4 new ones in 2025.
Most of the larger towns are now included. The exceptions are Belper, Buxton and Ilkeston, which may be transcribed in the future.
Chesterfield and Derby entries were too big in 1891, so will not be transcribed.
Recent additions are in bold.
